Joined as a cadet (C370) in January 1965 at Mabelreign. Sam Williams was m/i/c, Sgt. Bill Royale was 2 i/c. Tony Moorcroft (Cnst) was the ace investigator. From Depot to Charge Office Salisbury, then Information Room, Avondale transferred to CID and served at Property Section, Southerton, Marlborough with Dave Hallward and finally Frauds. Left in 1970, joined Law & Order as PP. Did relief stints at Sinoia and Gatooma but mainly at Forbes Avenue and then Harare. Ranched at Mashaba, was only "A" reservist on that station. Founder member of PATU after stint in Zwimba in 1966 whilst at Driving School. Re joined in 1976 as S/O (T) based at Hard Square and part of team training Dad's Army. Left in 1978 to join present company.
