The old station, which was built in the 1920’s (corrugated metal rondavels under thatched roof), was removed from the site for re-erected at the National Archives in Salisbury (now Harare). Those rondavels are still at the National Archives and are the home of a display of liberation war memorabilia and documents (from the other side).
