Owen, David James (5774, Inspector; served between September 1957 and September 1977; last stationed Western Commonage; member of the KwaZulu Natal Regimental Association) passed away 17 November 2021, Port Sheptone, KwaZulu Natal, South Africa.

Hon Secretary KwaZulu-Natal Association adds “Dave spent most of his service in Traffic before becoming a PATU instructor. He is survived by his wife Denise and a sister to whom we extend our heartfelt condolences.”
