The UK Branch committee, with support of Assistant Almoners, is embarking on a project to reach out to the entire membership personally and by telephone to:
- Update membership records and where necessary details and ensure proper records of next of kin.
- Obtain your consent regarding the use of personal information held about you, to meet the needs of Data Protection (GDPR) legislation.
- Seek your views on the future direction of the Association.
- Remind members about subs increase and ensure that new banking details are recorded and payment methods understood.
- Clarify the distinction between subscriptions and donations, including donations to the Trust, and also and ensure that any members who donate to the Trust have and complete Gift Aid forms as appropriate.
- Confirm distribution requirements for Outpost/Newsflash (email or post).
